The role is a qualified plumber role and general handyperson covering water hygiene plumbing repairs and general maintenance tasks.

Hours/Shift: 08:00 to 16:30

The successful candidate will need a valid driving license and own vehicle as some travel is required between sites. Key Responsibilities: – Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive works are carried out – Reactive attendance to emergency call-outs – Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the on site teams and clients’

Personal Specification: – Demonstrable experience & understanding of current Health & Safety regulations. – Comprehensive building services knowledge with major plumbing standards – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – The ability to communicate across all levels of seniority.
