Drivetek Recruitment are looking to recruit an HGV Driver for a Night trunk role in the Colchester area in Essex. Possible position for a day driver also.

Start times are around 18-19:00 on a Monday to Friday basis.

You could be doing a trunk or a local shunt for this client between their clients.

Rates

• £18.00ph Nights
• Min 10 hours guaranteed per day
• Weekly pay

References will be required, prior to starting work

You must be well presented, and have experience of an HGV 1 Driver having an excellent work ethic, want to make a difference to the company you are working for and have excellent communication skills. You will be the face of the client whilst driving their vehicles so they expect professionalism and a can do attitude whilst remaining within legal limits.

Due to insurance restrictions we are unable to accept applications for this client if you have DD, DR or IN convictions. Ideally you will have a clean licence but can accept up to 9 point in some circumstances.

you can expect work around 10-12 hours on a daily or nightly basis.

The client is always on the look out for drivers of the right quality so could lead to a temp to perm.

We also require a HGV 1 & 2 drivers for a number of our other contracts in Essex and as such even if this is too far away we may have something closer to you.
