We are urgently in need of a professional and reliable HGV 2 driver for local clients.

The position offers potential ongoing work from Monday to Friday, starting between 6:00 – 8:00 am.

You will be responsible for collection and delivery work, with approximately 5-10 deliveries and a few collections.

This HGV 2 Driver role guarantees a minimum of 8-10 hours of pay per day, and payment is made weekly. The job is available for an immediate start and may require occasional handball, so a reasonable level of fitness is necessary.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong work ethic and professionalism, with the opportunity for a full-time position for the right candidate. Applicants must have no more than 6 penalty points, no convictions for DR, DD or IN prosecutions, a full UK license with Cat C, Drivers CPC and Digi Card, and a minimum of 1 year HGV 2 driver experience.

Driving references are also required for the category license being applied for.

Salary :

The pay rate is £16-16.50 per hour, and on-site parking.

The schedule includes a 10-hour day shift from Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
